Who processes the data.

What we collect.

In the requests, only what you enter in whichever form you fill in. In the demo request: firm name, contact name, email address, telephone number, locality, number of companies in the portfolio and the accounting software used; the request is also automatically associated with the subdomain suggested for the future account — derived from the firm name — and the country, recorded as Portugal. In the partnership request: company name, district, contact name, email address, telephone number, number of practices in the portfolio and the accounting software represented. When you browse the site, and only with your permission, the browsing data described under “Cookies”.

Why.

To assess your request and reply to it. For a demo request, if approved, to create the trial account and send you an access invitation by email; for a partnership request, only to contact you and have a conversation. We do not use this data for any other purpose at this stage.

On what basis.

For the requests, pre-contractual steps taken at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For analytics and advertising cookies, your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time.

For how long.

If the request is refused, the data is deleted immediately. An approved demo request becomes part of the account created and is then governed by the Kontoo Privacy Policy; a partnership request stays with us for as long as the conversation it started lasts. Analytics and advertising cookies stay in your browser for the period set by Google and Meta, or until you delete them in your browser settings.

Who else has access.

The request data: no one other than Dev2Grow. It is hosted and messages are sent through Amazon Web Services in the Frankfurt region, Germany. Request data does not leave the European Union, is not used for advertising and is not shared with third parties. The cookies you allow are processed by Google and Meta, as described below.

Cookies.

This site uses strictly necessary cookies and, only if you allow them, two other kinds, loaded through Google Tag Manager: analytics, to measure which parts of the site are read; and advertising, through the Meta Pixel, to measure visits that come from our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show those ads to people who have visited the site. Analytics cookies are processed by Google Ireland Limited and advertising cookies by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited; both may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Nothing is measured until you allow it. You may change or withdraw your permission at any time, on this page or in the site footer.

Your rights.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw the permission given to cookies, by writing to info@kontoo.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (www.cnpd.pt).

Full information.

The Kontoo Privacy Policy describes all processing carried out on the platform and is presented to you when you accept the access invitation.
