Every file arrives with a fingerprint, every change is recorded with what was there before, and a posted document cannot be deleted.

- Can we throw the paper away?
- The decree allows electronic keeping for the required ten years. The retention period belongs to the company; the Digital Archive guarantees the document stays the same one.

- On Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt — never outside the European Union. With versioning enabled and backups kept for 35 days.
- Who can see a company's documents?
- Isolation is PostgreSQL's: every request runs in its organisation's context, and the database refuses rows belonging to another.
